Born in San Diego, Calfornia, Deanna has been involved in the design industry since 1984.  She’s worked as an illustrator, designer, consultant and art director, and studied graphic design at SDCC and UCSD as well as attended numerous workshops and seminars.

She’s currently working as an art director for a magazine publisher in Orange County, where she resides with her husband and two boys. She also runs West Arbor Studios.

Her hobbies include steel cage battles at iStockphoto, creating art for ImageKind, and royalty free stock images.
